SC999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name SC999, accessible at https://sc999.cam ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the SC999 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person accessing any portion of the Website from any location including, without limitation, users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other cities and regions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close any active account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the SC999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts held in a User's Account at any given time, less any withdrawals, wagers or deductions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer or other incentive provided by SC999 to a User, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and other conditions attached to any particular Bonus offer.
• "Jurisdictional Laws" means all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances and legal obligations applicable to a User in their country, province or region of residence or access.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process required of Players by the Platform in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Platform" means the SC999 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games and tools accessible at https://sc999.cam.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the operation of or participation in online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by the operator.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms.

To register an account and use the SC999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your applicable local laws, whichever is greater. SC999 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors.

Each User may register one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or related accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. SC999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified and to forfeit associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it through your account settings if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. SC999 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Currency

Account currency is set at the time of registration. SC999 may provide account balance displays in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies depending on platform configuration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and may include a conversion margin.

SC999 operates KYC procedures to verify the identity, age and address of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time the operator deems it necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Documents typically required for KYC verification may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or passport — showing full name and date of birth;
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification image matching the submitted identity document;

5.2 Verification Delays

SC999 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. The operator will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete, unclear or unsatisfactory documentation submitted by the User.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted via payment methods made available in the SC999 cashier at the time of transaction. Supported methods may include certain familiar Pakistani payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers, and direct bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — where supported by the operator's current cashier configuration. SC999 only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in the User's own name and verified under KYC. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses; (c) compliance checks under AML obligations; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal method corresponds to a payment method previously used for deposits, where applicable.

Processing timelines vary by method, verification status and operator review periods. SC999 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe. All withdrawal amounts are subject to any applicable minimum and maximum limits published in the cashier at the time of the request.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Alignment

SC999 operates a return-to-source policy on withdrawals. Winnings may be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winnings may be paid via an alternative approved method at the operator's discretion.

SC999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific Bonus Terms attached to each individual offer.

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions are specified in the applicable Bonus Terms at the point of offer.
• SC999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the Bonus Terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse a Bonus — including through matched betting, hedging, use of multiple accounts or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All bets and wagers placed on the SC999 Platform are subject to the applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or wager.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on the SC999 Platform may include Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets, as well as international football, UFC and other sports. SC999 has no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement arrangement with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports team or governing body. All sports references are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

8.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting live match events. Bets accepted by the system at the displayed odds are binding. SC999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined are void.

8.3 Game Integrity

SC999 uses software from certified providers with published RTP (Return to Player) figures where available. The use of automated betting software, bots or any system designed to exploit game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8.4 Void Bets

SC999 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, without limitation: technical faults affecting odds calculation; manifest pricing errors; late bets placed after an event conclusion; and bets placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SC999 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where doing so is prohibited by Jurisdictional Laws;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access accounts or exploit platform features;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing SC999 staff or other players;
• Unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases or systems.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All intellectual property rights in the SC999 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, software, trademarks, trade names, content, game assets and any other materials — are owned by or licensed to SC999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any SC999 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any SC999 content without express prior written authorisation from SC999. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SC999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses arising from any bet or wager placed on the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, software suppliers or data processors.

SC999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SC999 makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published on the Platform.

SC999 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. All registered Users have access to responsible gambling tools directly within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks — periodic pop-up notifications reminding you how long you have been playing;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary suspension of your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

SC999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Receipt of information indicating that the User no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Legal, regulatory or compliance obligations requiring the operator to do so.

On termination of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for return to the User via an approved withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable compliance review. SC999 is not obliged to return funds associated with bonus balances that have not satisfied their wagering requirements at the time of closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which SC999 holds its applicable operator licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's licensing authority and is not the jurisdiction of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall first be submitted to SC999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. SC999 will acknowledge disputes within a reasonable timeframe and aim to resolve them in good faith.

If a dispute is not resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensor. SC999 shall provide contact details for the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity upon request.

SC999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, SC999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, by notification upon login, or by publication on the Website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.
